Business Sales
- Proven results in business-to-business sales.
- Especially high-tech (but not required).
Programming
- Experienced with PHP, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl/CGI, mySQL, Flash, or other web-related technologies.
- General knowledge of tools and technologies for the Internet.
- Ability to work quickly and code cleanly under tight deadlines is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of open source e-commerce software is strongly preferred.

Design
- Professional design experience, preferably for the Web.
- Ability to create clean & expandable designs for the Web while keeping in mind the needs of the client and their client base.
- Ability to slice and optimize design styles for the Web.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and HTML a MUST. Strong preference for knowledge of CSS, PHP, Flash, and a good working knowledge of the Web.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently and keep all files orderly.
