The Challenge
Superio was operating on the Magento 1 platform and needed to migrate to Shopify to better fit both the needs of their company and shoppers.
InteractOne was tasked with migrating Superio to Shopify from their previous Magento 1 platform, addressing issues with mobile-friendliness and product display pages along the way.
Our Solution
InteractOne was able to provide Superio a new, more responsive theme for their website that better aligned with the company’s current brand. We provided much-needed features that their customers were looking for, including tiered pricing, product options, a mega menu, and an improved site search.
Finally, we added a variety of up-to-date Shopify extensions that made site navigation and management simpler. Each of these components work together to create the new Superio site, which is much more mobile-friendly and accessible.
The Results
InteractOne successfully migrated all of Superio’s customer data, orders, catalog, and more from Magento 1 to Shopify SaaS platform that is easier to manage with lower maintenance requirements. In addition, the new, improved site is more mobile-friendly and has a variety of new features such as tiered pricing so that customers also notice the change. Superio’s site now loads at a much faster rate, making the customer experience that much better.
